Me and my family rented a room at America's Best Inn and suites Caseyville 2423 Old Country Inn Drive Caseyville, Illinois 62232 on 05/13/2017 My family were attacked by bedbugs really bad and the hotel have been aware of the problem. They had already knew that the room 228 had a bedbugs problem. The desk clerk said it out his mouth and wrote on the paper the room has bedbugs, no running hot water, live wiring hanging from the ceiling and air conditioning unit, the room have a really bad musty odor and the bathroom really smell like urine, the hallways are very nasty smell like urine, the stairwell smell like urine full of trash and drug needles laying around. The front desk clerk moved us to another room it also had the same problem and he said he couldn't give me a refund until the owner came in. Me and my family had to go to the Emergency room because we had and allergic reaction and my 03 year old son his bite bust open and now it's infected had to take him to the hospital. They gave us all cream and my son some benadryl. And the owner had a very nasty attitude when I showed him the pictures of the bedbugs he say I can give you a refund and never come back on his property . Is there anyway you can help us.
